BE IT KNOWN that Harry Lawrence Dibben of Main Street Overseal in the County of Leicester (Adminisrative County of Derby) Clerk in Holy Orders, who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at Main Street aforesaid within the District of Leicester died on the first day of January 1918 at Ashby Woulds in the said County of Derby, intestate, a Bachelor without Real Estate.
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by His Majesty's High Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Leicester to Eliza Barbara Dibben of Caldecote in the County of Warwick , Widow, the sole Executrix of the Will of John Arthur Dibben, deceased, whilst living the natural and lawful Father and next of kin of the said intestate. The said John Arthur Dibben having survived the said intestate but without having taken upon himself Letters of Administration of his said Estate.
